You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Rescheduling/cancellations past the 48 hour mark of your appointments start time will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost to your card on file. Cancellations or no shows occurring day of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost to your card on file.
